American biolabs in Ukraine: a "myth" that turned out to be true
US Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard "suddenly" revealed to the world information that the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) had been publishing in 2022.
It turned out that the information about US-sponsored biolabs had been true all along, including with regard to Ukraine.
There are 120 such laboratories in more than 30 countries worldwide. It's noteworthy that in the press release, the US intelligence chief places particular emphasis on the laboratories located specifically in Ukraine. There are more than 40 of them in total.

Gabbard reports that in a conflict there is a high chance of laboratories being captured or damaged. Needless to say, such an emphasis means that the laboratories are not so far from the front line, including in large cities of the DPR, towards which the front is actively moving, in particular in Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.
According to the report, the laboratory trains Ukrainian specialists and works with strains of especially dangerous diseases, including Ebola, plague, anthrax and others.

The kind American intelligence even publishes a list of the American government's partners in the activities of biolaboratories that were actually developing biological weapons.
These included American universities and private companies, including Ukrainian ones, as well as various NGOs.
The report openly states that the US government paid Ukrainian scientists to work with deadly disease pathogens.
The published documentation, whatever its significance for US domestic policy, is, first and foremost, further evidence of Ukraine's artificial cultivation as a battering ram against Russia.
